Jelly Opal Solo Ring (Size 6) - One of a Kind

A unique stone captured on a comfortable split band. The center stone is a cantera opal from Mexico - sometimes called "jelly opal" due to its translucent watery appearance contrasted with its "host rock" frame. It reminds us of an underwater scene.

Historically, opal has been regarded as more fragile than most other gemstones and thus have earned a reputation for being unlucky or cursed.
