Discovered recently in 1977, ocean jasper is only found in one area of the world - a remote portion of Madagascar. This material must be hand-dug due to the difficult terrain and conditions. It can contain colors like blue, green, yellow, and pink, but its real value lies in its orbicular circular "raindrop" patterns that distinguish ocean jasper from any other type in the world. 

Spiritually, ocean jasper is known as a stone of fairness, justice, patience, & understanding.
