Pyrite + Sterling Tonopah Cuff- One of a Kind

Sale price$230.00 USD

Inspired by traditional southwest Americana design, this cuff wrangles up a ton of nostalgia. A glittering rose cut piece of natural pyrite is captured by a band of sterling silver. It's perched on a wide cuff with cutout details and hand stamped lightening bolt and bear paw motifs.

This metallic mineral has a fascinating past. Pyrite’s name comes from the Greek, pyrites lithos, “the stone which strikes fire." In the early mining days of California, novice gold prospectors mistook tiny pieces of pyrite for gold when panning. Thus, its common nickname: fool's gold.

Spiritually, pyrite is known for wealth, abundance, and confidence.

  • Rose cut Moroccan pyrite.
